Highland Industrial Staffing is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Lebanon, TN
Highland Industrial Staffing is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician for a Lebanon, TN facility. This position will support all production/facility equipment, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on all equipment and maintain the facility to be in excellent condition. The successful candidate must have a strong electrical background.
Position Summary:
- Complies with company standards and G.M.P. Policies
- Understands all maintenance forms (P.M. and Maintenance Repair)
- Knowledge of O.S.H.A. rules
- Knowledge of Control Voltage on equipment and panels
- Knowledge of Electrical 3-Phase and Single-Phase Power
- Knowledge of air compressors and pneumatic
- Knowledge of trouble shooting equipment
- Knowledge of power transmission (belts, pulleys, chain, sprockets, gears, gear boxes, motors, clutches and breaks, etc.)
- Continuous standing, walking, bending, and able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Self-starter with minimal supervision
- Team player
- Flexible to work extended hours
- Detail oriented
Physical Requirements:
- Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
- Use Ladders.
- Wear all required PPE.
- Walk, stand, sit, crawl, kneel, climb up to 10 hrs per day.
- Ability to work at heights and in inclement weather.
